RM150 Vehicle Mounted System

What is a Holkirk Vehicle Mounted antenna system?

A Holkirk vehicle mount solution is a system that is capable of operation in either a single band or auto-detecting multi-band in X, Ku and Ka-Band.

Our unique design allows for a 1:1 amplifier payload up to 400W to be installed and controller within the antenna system and is designed to fit easily onto any vehicle due to its integrated load bearing mounting frame.

Equipped with the cutting-edge AIM MOBILE antenna controller, the system is at the forefront of multi-band technology. It offers precise satellite identification capabilities through both DVB-S2 and a beacon receiver, ensuring seamless operation with the latest multi-network platforms.

This feature is particularly beneficial for broadcasters and military operations seeking a flexible and efficient secure and reliant communication solution.

Key Features

Compliance: The RM150 has full been fully characterised for use on EUTELSAT satellites so no need for ESVA testing.

Easy Installation: The antenna (with 1:1 RF redundant chain) can be fitted onto any vehicle due to its integrated ACU and structure load frame deign

Durability: Built to withstand harsh environments and rough handling, making it suitable for field.

High Performance: Offers reliable and robust satellite connectivity for data, voice, and video transmission. It can be set up and operational within minutes, providing immediate communication.

User-Friendly Interface: Simplifies operation, even for users with minimal technical expertise.

Applications

Military Operations: Provides secure and reliable communication for troops in the field in multi-band application including inclined orbit tracking

Disaster Recovery: Enables emergency response teams to establish communication in disaster-stricken areas where infrastructure is compromised.

Broadcasting: EUTELSAT approved it is used by journalists and media personnel to transmit live news from remote locations.

Medical Missions Supports telemedicine and remote consultation in underserved or isolated regions.

Crafted with a high-gain carbon fibre reflector and encased in an aerodynamic full fairing housing, it’s engineered to deliver reliable service worldwide, regardless of the climate.
