The Holkirk TT250 is a state-of-the-art, next-generation deployable ground station (DSGT) designed for rapid deployment and high mobility. Featuring a highly mobile 2.5M quad-band tactical terminal, the TT250 is engineered to provide exceptional performance and reliability across various applications, from commercial to military operations.

This advanced antenna system supports multi-band capabilities, including C, X, Ku, and Ka-Bands, offering unparalleled versatility for diverse communication needs. With its robust design, the TT250 can be easily transported in just two cases (antenna only), ensuring ease of deployment and setup in any environment.

One of the standout features of the Holkirk TT250 is its impressive RF power capacity of up to 750W. This high power output ensures strong and reliable signal transmission, even in challenging conditions. Additionally, the quick change frequency cassette allows for seamless transitions between frequencies, enhancing operational efficiency which can be monitored and controlled via the Antenna Control Interface mitigating the need for additional HPA control systems.

Designed with user convenience in mind, the TT250 boasts no-tools construction, enabling fast and hassle-free assembly. The terminal also offers 1:1 Block Upconverter (BUC) and Low Noise Block (LNB) options, providing flexibility in various configurations.

The integrated Antenna Control Unit (ACU) supports multi-band operation and comes with a 30-satellite database, ensuring precise and reliable communication. The TT250 also integrates Traveling Wave Tube (TWT) and Solid State Power Amplifier (SSPA) technologies, further enhancing its performance and reliability.

Ease of Use

The user-friendly modular design of the TT250 antenna allows for simple, fast and accurate location and acquisition of the satellite, either as a manually controlled mount or as a fully auto pointing and motorised system, there are no tools required to assemble the TT250.

Versatile

The Holkirk TT250 is designed for ultimate convenience and durability, being supplied in two self-contained carbon fibre carry cases. This makes it highly portable and ready for rapid deployment. The system features a no-tools assembly, enabling quick and hassle-free setup in any location. Additionally, it comes with all necessary interconnections to support either a single thread configuration or full 1:1 redundancy for both High-Power Amplifiers (HPAs) and Low Noise Block (LNB) configurations. This flexibility ensures reliable and robust communication capabilities, even in the most demanding environments.

Revolutionary

The main reflector is manufactured from high quality carbon fibre and is supplied in easily assembled petals that employ a revolutionary locking mechanism to ensure perfect alignment.

Control

The TT250 can be equipped with the Holkirk AIM MOBILE for seamless operation in Quad-Band operation with auto-sensing frequency band, 30 satellite database, BUC/TWT integrated M&C and graphical user interface.

Integration

The TT250 can form the heart of a secure communication network. With off-air monitoring, RF over fibre links and ruggedised electronics.
